STEP 3: Implementation
There are several ways that Hydrozone can assist with the successful implementation of your Water Management Plan. The first is to work with you and other key stakeholders to prepare a concise document containing the agreed projects, delegations, budgets and timelines. Depending on your requirements and resources our role in that can range from technical advisor to facilitator or the task can be fully delegated to Hydrozone.
Hydrozone also has specific capabilities that can assist once projects are underway. We are certainly keen to contribute to successful implementation by providing technical support during the design, tendering and construction and commisioning phases.
Some of the solutions Hydrozone recommend may require your staff to gain new skills. Hydrozone can provide training and technical support in many aspects of operations that affect water management.
Monitoring of the performance of projects and whole sites is often required by funding sources (internal and external) and is important for acheiving continous improvement. Hydrozone's independence and skills mean we can provide regular monitoring and feedback on water use and site conditions.
